We start with a true Turkish jell. These jells are soft and chewy and come in lemon, lime, orange or raspberry. They are then covered with our delicious chocolates. The nicest part about our jells, is that they last a long chewy time.
This is our version of Turkish Delights a sweet that was invented by Bekir Effendi, who moved from his hometown Kastamonu to Constantinople (now Istanbul) and opened his confectionery shop in 1776 (Wikipedia).
